  • Communication skills as a contributing author to two published books and writer of trade specific booklets and magazine articles.
  • Media experience as a producer and director of a children's video and a single-parent talk show.
  • Speaking and organizational abilities honed through lecturing and facilitating seminars in the United States, England, Scotland and Canada.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of those served by nonprofits, born of her own life journey as a Christian woman, widow, mother of three and grandmother of seven.
